Have I mentioned lately just how much I hate our real estate agent? She could DIAF and I wouldn't give a flying fuck, I would just cheer at the fact that our landlord would then have to employ someone who may have a slightest fucking clue what they're doing.

Nah, this is a chick who's been put in charge by a friend of hers to control our house and the two on the right hand side. She barely speaks English, has been screeching at us about paying a water bill for almost a year now and yet has only just sent it out and today showed up on our doorstep (on Dan's birthday!) for an inspection. If this place wasn't so cheap I'd be moving, but we just can't find somewhere similar for the same rent.

I'm in the same position. I don't much like living in my current house (open plan, and freezing if you recall..)

But to find anywhere that's not a shitshack for what I pay ($280/week..) I have to go to the OTHER SIDE OF THE MOUNTAINS.
