Olaho! I've lived in the same tiny place for eight years now, which is getting very cramped. I've been saving up for a down payment on a condo for several years, but a lot of my savings are in stocks. D'oh. So I'm putting the condo plan on hold, but have been contemplating an interim plan B of upgrading to a larger rental place. Though, alas, it would have to be significantly larger than my current place, which it sounds like this one isn't (given the $900-ish/month price tag, I wouldn't expect it to be significantly larger than my $850-ish/month padlet in PB). Though I must confess that the social prospects are very enticing. :) James
