Getting your thesis done is a very stressful event. Make an appointment with your thesis advisor to talk about what is going on. You should be getting support from your department, especially your advisor. Remember, it is not unusual for other members of your committee to not want to look at your thesis until it is substantially complete; if you are having trouble talking to your advisor, go to another member of your committee and get some advice. Things I've done that help when I'm stressing are:
Get a rack that reaches across the bathtub and take a lo-o-o-o-o-ng, hot bath. Put your working materials on the rack and work while the heat eases the muscles.
Make yourself a nice cup of tea, herbal or not. If you go the herbal route, I suggest mint and/or chamomile. Use two teabags and let steep for at least 10 minutes.
