so i question the solutions to low grade depression.. dibilitating depression at that.. lack of motivation.. and the inability to do anything tasking or non tasking.. the innability to perform even actions of pleasure.. it's like being stuck in a perpertual fog

the way depression works is when you are there, you feel sure that you have always been there and there is no end in sight..you just have to remind yourself that its not exactly true...this may be hard for you to believe where you are at...
once you come out of it a bit, try writing to yourself...preparing for the next time you may fall into such a rut...you just need to personalize it to hold meaning for you...

i wish i had lots of good suggestions for you, but being in the same boat, i don't know what to say. i think i am going to try and do short things like make a phone call i'm supposed to make but won't because it freaks me out, try to do it without thinking about it...
