I really wish I had the willpower to go to the gym, eat right, and lose 10 pounds before June.

Wherever did my momentum go? Been "treading water" for far too long.

Le sigh. Perhaps the better weather, and with it - walks! - will help. I hope so!

After not going to the gym for 2 months, I finally made it back this week. But, I'm only working out for a half hour. It's just enough to help me slowly get back into the routine.
