So anyways... Yeah... still completely speechless...
If I had to say anything about the art itself: I don't know who did the coloring, but whoever it was doesn't understand the art-form they are ripping off.
The DeviantArt lift really made me laugh, though.
This whole thing just amazes me. It's something you'd expect to see in high school, or junior college, art class. We actually did a self-published comic in college and there was a real strive to come up with original work. Heck most of the people in out "club" joked a lot about other students, who practically directly copied other work.
And Speaking of school. I got ripped-on a lot for mimicking mangakas, but at least I was trying to develop my own stile. There were several other students who copied their work right out of some western superhero comic [Jim Lee's style was really popular at the time] Most people would look at it and think I was " ( ... )
