This weekend was a goodGREAT one indeed. Friday night Sarah and I had planned to go a date to the ballet if she were able to get the tickets but unfortunately she wasn't (people should not leave work early. ..Except for me, then it is acceptable XD;) so the plans turned instead to going to the movies and seeing Igor. Let me tell you, it was an incredible movie. I LOVED it. Soooo much Eddie Izzard. Also I did A LOT (or at least it seemed that way) of grocery shopping on Friday and only spent 70 dollars. I was quite amazed but it didn't come without failure (see later in post). DX
Saturday I suppose was kind of my lazy day since I didn't really do a lot. I don't even really remember what all I did actually. *Memory fail* Well I do remember once Sarah got back from hanging out with Sazam we went out of rented a couple of movies (Road to El Dorado, Anastasia, and Fern Gully) and had a movie night while I cooked. This time around it was mashed potatoes and Santa Fe Chicken which I think both turned out well. Chicken may have been a bit darker than I meant for it to be but still could be eaten and not disgusting. The failure was that I started making cookies as well and when we started to eat I had forgotten about them and when I remembered they were kind of burnt, thus me feeling really bad for ruining the cookies. -_-
Sunday marked Sarah and I being together for three months (akldjgadshgjdlakjasdILOVEYOUSOMUCH /end gush >/////>) so for the occasion we got dressed up and I took her out to eat at Napoli's and out to the park to have snow cones and hang out. I'd say it was a really nice time, which it was thank you so much Sarah <3, though a little annoying when a woman starting griping at us (in a swuedo-polite/rude way) for me kissing my girlfriend while opening the door for her to get in the truck with her child near by [near by being in the car with the child's mother, a good 30-40 feet away from my truck]. I really wanted to yell back something like 'It's nothing more than what you'd see in a Disney movie!' but really all I could do was laugh (which I think she saw me do and probably got even more mad. XD). Before heading back to the house we also stopped by a Border's where I proceeded to gush over all kinds of pointless thing (sorry..) and also try to learn a bit of dancing (sorry I didn't try more, I wanted to though. I will learn more if you will teach.) and back to the house to watch some more movies and do some baking food items for her to take back to school with her.
Now I sit here at work, being a little bored because the work I thought I would be swamped with today won't actually start until Oct. 1st and the other work that I am growing even more behind in I still cannot start because my co-worker in OKC still hasn't gotten me the downgrade discs I need. I am kind of happy though because last night I was able to obtain a friend to play SSBB over the internet with. I know a good number of people with Wiis but no one that actually played it online but I got to talking to Cartney last night and we registered our Wiis together so that we can play sometime. Hahaha, I am such a game nerd. =P
