Okay, it's definetly a noun. I would use it either to decribe a person who constantly scratches, rubs, or otherwise touches their rear end (They fiddle with their butt) or to describe someone with loud and repetitive flatulence (their butt in like a musical instrument). I think it would be more the first one because when comparing the butt to a musical instrument, the fiddle isn't the first one to spring to mind.
