Is this Heartache? Or is it indigestion from those crappy Mcdonalds onions?...I cant tell anymore

i guess that would depend...were they real onions, as on something like a QPC? or those nasty dehydrated onions they put on double cheeseburgers? i'm sorry...

The nasty dehydrated ones...why the hell do they use those things? I'd rather they smeared onion paste all over it then use those. It's ok
