It's a toss up between Red Velvet and Carrot for me.

I love cupcakes, but they get dry so easily!

My wedding cake was carrot cake, but I also love chocolate cake, yellow cake with chocolate icing, spice cake, german chocolate, Italian cream, tres leches...I just love cake!
