i know how that is. I do it too.
Or I'll eat something and then be like "OH SHIT I NEED TO CHECK THE INGREDIENTS THIS MIGHT HAVE BEEN MADE WITH ANIMAL FAT!!!" then I feel bad.

I know there's very little I can say that will make you feel better, because people always tell me things that are supposed to make me feel better. But since we're "skinny" and "tiny" there's nothing wrong with us. We're fineeee.

There was a while, usually every summer, where I stop eating all together. Especially when I was really addicted to caffeine, I'd just drink a mountain dew whenever I got hungry. But then right after summer ended I'd eat and eat and eat, and it seemed like I could never get full. But then I'd feel disgusting for eating so much, and then not want to eat anymore. I can't say that I do too much compulsive eating, but I've done it a few times.

I'm sorry for rambling on about this, I just know how you feel.
I wish I could hand you a big box full of self esteem, especially since I think you're fucking amazing <3

haha my friend does that. she'll eat something and be like "NOOOOOOOO I DON'T KNOW WHATS IN THIS!" and freaks out.

yeah when you were posting about all your stomach problems over the summer, my friend has those same problems. he thought he had a tapeworm or something but he still doesn't know what it is. he doesn't eat very often and when he does his stomach gets SOOOO upset. his doctor told him to take fiber pills and he does (12 horsepills a day for christ's sake!) but it doesn't seem to be doing much good.

Aw, I'm sorry. That sounds kind of frightening. You should find some other calming activity to do.*
I'm sorry to say I don't worry about being healthy, I just worry about being fat, so if I didn't gain weight I would probably eat miles of food all the time.

*(it would be really funny if I was like "like brushing your hair OH WAIT YOU DON'T HAVE ANY HAIR!")

I think socks are awesome.

haha, embarassing but true. i do brush what little hair i have sometimes. just because i like the way it feels.

i was thinking about just going out and taking a walk or riding my bike to preoccupy me when i feel like eating but.... it got TOO DAMN COLD. and now i'll say "oh. i should go take a walk!" and i step outside and it's 30 degrees and i'm way too cold to go through with it. haha, excuses excuses all the time.

well just wear more clothes or something. Walking is the only exercise I do but I don't do it much.
