Laid off, out of work like almost everybody else I know now. I have been employed constantly for 9 years, I did NOT see this coming.

Yeah, not really... to be honest I don't see much use of it.
I'm a professional with over 10 years experience.

Not to mention that all that requires money, money I do. not. have.

If I can somehow swing it, I don't want to do IT anymore anyway... so it could be a good opportunity.
