All in all pretty anti-climactic. Directions said I needed to have a meal beforehand, ideally one high in fat. So I made a peanut butter sandwich with 100% the reccomneded daily dose of fat. That was probably overkill...I guess I need to find out what foods have the healthy fats in them. Also the foods that have Vitamin A

foods rich in vitamin A: uhh liver lol, carrots, spinach,milk of course,cantaloupe i think?
Unasked for advice:you could always take fish oil capsules and vitamin a supplements.
