I was just listening to Baby Got Back in my car this weekend. It's on a CD that's in my regular rotation.

yeah i don't think i have a copy of it anywhere...i remember when i went to howl at the moon in baltimore (dueling piano bar) - most of what they played was rock music, but that was one of the "different" ones...and seeing some guys with no rhythm trying to sing that song...lol

yeah i had a lot of favorites too, but i tried to pick the top one....even though i'm sure there were others that would fit! funny thing is i think i listened to more rock at the time, but that didn't really show up in my results. lol

it's a fun meme to explore! those lists compiled on that link are incredible!! so many songs. songs i didn't even remember they came out then.

i was definitely in an alternative phase in high school.
