He was beautiful to her, sitting in the middle of the circle surrounded by those who could not appraise his beauty.
For one of his gender he could easily shame another female, such as herself.
She used to never care, with frizzy mangy hair and plain brown eyes. Though she stood out in personal and mismatched clothes, her features otherwise were dull. (And she noticed horrifyingly as she stared in the mirror one day)
That’s right she never used to care but he came along and unknowingly lit her world - shining like the golden sun, hair spun of gold.
There was no other boy who could change her mind like he did, unknowingly of course, and it hurt her heart.
For she was unnoticed.
