AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH someone help me go to sleep!!!!! i cant sleep cause my fucking throat hurts too bad....this fucking sucks....

Have you tried salt water? That works sometimes.
