No lawsuit grounds; the terms of service say they can suspend anyone at any time for no particular reason.
It's not a matter of law--it's a matter of business practices, and how stupid it is to piss off their most devoted customers. (How many magazines allow their advertisers tell them who their subscribers are allowed to be? Or tell them, "you better not mail our adverts into that neighborhood!")
