I recently added that one to my to-see list. It's fun to see how nicely Joseph Cross has grown up - I don't think I've seen him in anything since Wide Awake!
I've actually seen it, at one of those free movie screenings, it was AMAZING. I keep wanting to say its one of my favorite films of the year, but then I realize no ones seen it yet, lol.
And Joseph Cross... wow, what an amazing actor! <3
oh man. i really want to see that movie. the book is my favorite book. it's based on the augusten burrough's [the author] life. hard life huh? where did you see the screening? i wish i could find one for san diego.
I read the book after I saw the film.. He had one INSANE life.. I dont think I would have made it, lol! I live in LA.. well, outside of LA, in Burbank which is right by hollywood.. anyway, all the major film studios are in burbank or hollywood.. so people stand outside all of our movie theaters here waving fliers for free film screenings.. haha
Weeeird... I saw this trailer waaay earlier in the year, probably because I was watching nip/tuck (the Ryan Murphy connection, I guess) and my sister and I were both totally fascinated. I kind of forgot about it since then. =]
Anyway, it looks really, really good, and I hope it'll eventually come to my theater! (Haha, sadly I only have one movie theater, which is about fifteen miles away... okay, now I'm being a pitywhore, so I'll stop.)

Joseph Cross (he has a sex scene in it with another man) was saying how he took his inspiration for his role from Joseph's role in Mysterious Skin <3
