Heh It's kinda nuts that the filmed the novel sequel to Death Wish, but changed the character names to disassociate from that franchise.

supposedly the writer wasn't a fan of the original death wish adaptation tho so i guess they followed suit. either way it sounds like had they stuck to the books the movies wouldn't be completely ridiculous (the reason they rule).
