I love the gym, it's a perfect place to just forget about your day and just release all the pent up frustration and anger.
Missing a day or two has the same effect and I just grab for anything. Makes you wish that eating/not eating wasn't such a huge emotional roller coaster. :/ It is indeed so easy to hate yourself for slipups. :(
I do hope you'll have a fun time at the gym though. =) What is your favorite thing to do there? I'm always on the treadmill or in the pool. ^^
