I downloaded the iPhone app called myfitnesspal (has a blue icon with a person running/jumping can't tell) and it is
Amazing. It has changed my whole view on everything that I put into my mouth. Mainly because when you complete your day of eating it tells you that if you ate/exercised like that everyday you would weigh X kg's, I'm so excited! But it ( Read more... )

Yep I'm in love with it to lol, it told me that today if I keep doing what I'm doing I'll be 60kg in 5 weeks but also like you I've been trying to avoid eating much, and I like that it's mainly an Australian database. It has woolworths food products!!! None of the apps I've downloaded before have had that lol.

Be careful in your dieting hun, try to get at least 1000 calories in, we really do need that much to keep from worsening the metabolism and also to keep healthy. Weight loss is great but it IS about the health and not the numbers, so just make sure you make a goal to have "at least" as well as "no more than" such and such calories in a day. Weight lost carefully stays off, weight lost through extremes bounces right back and you can get sick in the meantime. *hugs* very proud of you in your efforts!

Aww thankyou :)

I have kept to a min of 1000 and max of 1200 so that I don't get a super slow metabolism, it's just so tempting with this app to not eat because it tells you those numbers but my health is much more Important but thankyou :)
How is your morning sickness going? I hope you are not suffering xx
