Ok, I love horses...and I love being out at the barn everyday...but before I started going out there, I hadn't had poison ivy since I was a little girl pretty much. And now I've had it three times. Once last summer...and TWICE this summer. >_< ::screams a random string of profanities::I'm pretty sure I got it this time from petting the barn cats.

Hey Jess-
How about you just buy my ticket ($12 + service charge) and that will most likely be your share of the hotel room. If it is any more/less, we can figure that out on the day and compensate with cash/food/drinks, whatever. :-)

I hope your posion ivy is okay hun!!!! please take care of it and don't hesitate to go to the doc if it gets worse. I can't even imagine being in your skin :-(

Excuse my ignorance... but, how do you get poison ivy from a cat or a horse...?

I thought you can only get it from plants and stuff..?? O_o

If the animal has come in contact with the plant and it gets the oils on its fur and you're sensitive enough to the plants, then it's possible to get it that way too.

Lucky me, I'm that sensitive! >_< D'oh.
