[The screen turns on to reveal...someone. It, at least, is not 'Harold Saxon'. He has a different, slightly longer face shape, darker hair and a mustache and goatee beard. He looks composed, and perhaps slightly aloof. He speaks in clipped RP.]
I am not certain what trick the City has been playing on me thus far but this morning, I felt as if I woke from a dream. I cannot say who I have been compelled to play the part of, but at least now I have been allowed to become myself once more. Being forced to take something as undignified to my Lordly status as a job is horrid enough without also needing to undertake the assigned tasks as some species of childlike imbecile.
Whatever he has said up to this point in reference to my name is, of course, completely fabricated. However, I continue to believe it unwise to reveal my true name; therefore, I shall reintroduce myself to this Network under the pseudonym of Koschei.
[Koschei frowns, his eyes flickering downwards and then back up to the screen. He composes himself once again and speaks with a little bit of reluctance.]
Forgive me if I have met you before and cannot remember you completely. Everything before my reawakening is obscured through a mental haze. The so-called deities of this City must be extremely strong telepathically to be able to suppress the mind of a Time Lord.
[He pauses a moment.]
I believe that is all that is necessary.
