I believe it is pretty common knowledge that it takes one 3 days to break the physical addiction to cigarettes. I never "feel" different when I smoke, except for cloves, which I haven't had in years. Every now and then I would smoke one of those and get kind of woozy/relaxed feeling.

Andy's smoked so long he feels like he "needs" a smoke, but I've never felt that way really. This lady I work with smoked for 30 years or so, and she'd complain of feeling sick to her stomach when she needed to smoke, like physically ill from withdrawl. For me, it's always about smoking when drinking or while driving. Oral fixation. It just became habit for me to smoke on my way to and from work, or after school, or whatever, but I've never felt like OMG I NEED A CIGARETTE.

Then I won't smoke for months. Then I'll pick it back up but I never really have more than 4 a day at the most. Even when I'm in a smoking phase, I rarely smoke at home. We never smoke in the house, and I just can't be bothered to go stand outside I guess, lol.

I dunno though, it's weird.
