So now I may be flying up to Chicago in two weeks to compete for a scholarship from them. And I almost don't want to go because NYC! And what if I fall in love with Chicago? And then, worse! I have one scholarship a school in NY, but I'd have to go to Chicago to compete for another from the school in Chicago, and I also really like that school. Plus, I haven't gotten admissions decisions from a lot of places yet.

I say... check out both school before deciding upon which one to attend. When you go, walk around, get a feel for the city, the campus, the people, and your heart should tell you. Rather than thinking of things in the sense of, "Where would I rather go?" you should think, "Where would I die if I didn't go?"

And consider, it could be worse. You could be staying in shitty ol' Lehigh Acres for at least the next two years instead, like some of us. I wish I could go to New York, but I already know I'm going to end up there eventually, so it's not completely heartbreaking to stay here for a good amount of my education.

And then there's Louisville with Erin, which is a big possibility in my head...

It's all mind-blasting. @_@

Yeah, I know it could be worse. I felt kind of bad writing that because this is totally not the worst problem ever. My mom was on the phone with the people from the Chicago school last night, + we probably won't be able to afford living expenses there, + I'm still making mental grabby hands at NYC, so I'm leaning towards the NY school again.

So it'll be rad when you come to New York. =) We can hang outttt.

My reeling ridiculousness has leaned back towards NY again, haha. My mom was on the phone with somebody from the Chicago school last night, and we probably won't be able to pay living expenses there because they don't give much financial aid at all. And I'm still making mental grabby hands at NYC, and not so much at Chicago after a couple days of straightening shit out in my head. Chicago is rad, but NYC causes grabby hands.
