any updates you guys? its been over 2 weeks since you've posted. any luck on finding a new place? hows the footage coming? any chance of some sneak peak videos? :-D How is the weather? grad school? the new job? ARE YOU GUYS ALIVE? :-D
k - did my package ever get to you? and if you move, i will need your new address :)
Yes. I got your package. Thanks a bunch. I started the book, but I've been too busy to read anything.
We haven't been posting because we've both been working 12+ hour days. I went to class this morning at 8am and got home at 11:30pm. The first summer is supposed to be the worst. Only 6.5 more weeks.
I will be in Florida this weekend for Jamie's wedding. I'm not sure if I will have time for anything else. Are you free early tomorrow afternoon? I can maybe hang out before the bachelorette party.
I hope to be posting more often starting on the 15th when this ridiculous term ends. The profs said that the workload is very similar to med school. If so, I feel for you!
This is Ken & Val, the couple you steered toward the Specialized Globes last September at Orange Cycle. Just wanted to say we miss you and your expertise whenever we stop in. You were always so helpful and patient. Haven't had occasion to meet Jason Lee yet, but I'm sure we will. We're still riding like fools (passed 1,600 miles the other day) and enjoying every minute. I tried e-mailing the address you gave me but it kept bouncing back so I found your Livejournal site. Hope all is well with you and that the move is everything you want it to be. Thanks again for all your biking help!

Ken! Good to hear from you. That is amazing that you've already logged 1600 miles. I love hearing stuff like that. Things are well in Oregon. I've been promoted to service manager at my new shop and just the other day my boss told me that in the 23 years he has been at this shop he has never seen anyone like me come through. I don't know what that says about their hiring process but it certainly is a nice ego boost. Keep in touch and let me know how those bike rides are going.
Have fun! Darren
