There are vacant apartments pretty much wherever you point. I think there're still a couple empty ones in the building above Rebecca's clinic, or if you're looking for something obscenely swanky Aya's the only resident down the street at One Irving Place and those were a hundred thousand a month for rent before godzilla came to town, apparently.

May as well treat myself to something nice while I'm stuck here. With a little work I can have the ultimate bachelor pad: big screen tv's, pool table, a stripper pole in the living room, and I'll be less than a block away from free booze.
