I'm not sure if this works for these kinds of bugs, but you can get a permethrin spray at most pet stores that carry a lot of reptiles.

Short of putting it through a decontamination machine which will use UV/X-Ray and|or gamma radiation.. maybe a spray?

Of course, at my house we have a deep freezer with plently of room. Not a problem.

Yes that massive freezer. Our family cleaned out about 200 pounds of bad food.
