[Normally it's not on his way, so it's Joshua's luck, or lack thereof, that Tsuzuki comes across his lost groceries. He sees Joshua right after.]

Hey, wait!

[Thinking that Joshua has been attacked by someone, he approaches him briskly. The flash of blood red is a source of immediate alarm, though, and Tsuzuki grabs a hold of his elbow as if he's worried he'll topple.]

[ Joshua turns and goes to say something, but all that comes out is coughing. He tries to shake of Tsuzuki's grip as he doubles over. ]

[His grip tightens as Joshua loses his balance. Tsuzuki growns even more concerned when he sees how much trouble the other man has with breathing. He looks quickly around to see if there's others out that can help them, but they're alone.]
