how did anybody do costume research online before pinterest? i had to make a whole second pinterest account so i could fill it up with costume ideas and inspirations and not make everybody hate me (everybody who's ever friended me on facebook is now adding me on pinterest, which skeeves me out

I HATE HATE HATE that there's no way to block certain boards from public view. I actually don't use pinterest that much anymore because it just feels too public to me. That feature seems so very basic. I wanted to make a board of inspirational images for working out but I feel way too embarrassed about it. I don't need everybody to see.

i know. i also wish pinterest could give me followers the option to follow a new pinboard. i wouldn't mind collecting costume inspiration on my regular one if people could easily say "nah, i'm good, thanks though" BEFORE they see tons of tank tops flooding their page. i'm so glad i made this second account. i feel much better now. i have had that fitness thought too. mostly i just resign myself to "liking" rather than "pinning" stuff, cause i hate it all being public. sigh.

and i'm glad you like the dress too! i still have no idea how to get that kind of texture. but i'm going to keep staring at it anyway.
