Confused at a time of controversey

I need help with something that has been bothering me for the longest time. Am I a bad person for not moving on? No matter how hard I try I always end up stuck on that one person. Why can I not just forget and move on like before? I mean I even like other people and want to move on, but I can't. Why does my head say its okay to move on and my heart
