Not a true friend at all!

One quality that determines a friendship is a friends attribute to respect how another friend feels. As of recent events of which I think everyone knows about a friend of mine has clearly ignore my feelings for the second time! So in fact he isn't a friend at all. The first time it happened I forgave him and just moved on but I cant do that anymore
