"Well we're movin on up.... To a deluxe apartment in the sky."

So PB and I are leaving our lovely apartment on the 6th floor and trading it in for an identical apartment on the top floor.  WOO-HOO!

It does! Well, it has lots of window units. The building is so old it will probably never have central air! I guess it could be installed, but since it's on the register of hisrotic places, that will probably never happen.

We also have a dishwasher and garbage disposal!

Well, our current place is a TOTAL STEAL at $1500 (if you call, the other places I saw in the same price range were ghetto shit holes.) So they were going to give us a GREAT deal on the new place at $1700, but we really didn't want to start shelling out more $$, so we turned it down. Then, rather than lose a month of renters, they agreed to $1500. It's like highway robbery, really.
