im such a slacker
sooooooooo friday the 13th. we are on our way to school in my 99 Passat and KLUNK!!!!!!! then the power steering goes out, sweeeet. park the car get Allisons go to school. my dad got it towed while i was at school and they say hey, its completely broken. no car for the next week as it sits at the dealer. sits some more and then finally this past wednesday i get it back. they gave me a whole brand spankin new top and bottom end with all internals for free. thats right, my engine has 0 miles, well 58 as of tonight but regardless, not 70,788. best part, free.
last saturday Mike from Flight 801 set up a 600 dollar show at the rink, Fail to Succeed, Centerpointe, Minutes to Midnight. maybe 25 people came? now hes indebt 600. everyone felt bad for him. we played bad because we didnt have monitors and you couldnt hear anything and blah blah. so as i was screwing up Hopless i just decided to run around in circles (wirless guitar connections rock) in the empty rink. centerpointe played, i was amazed at Brians drumming etc.. Rick was supposed to play an acoustic set (well 2 songs) but since no one showed he decided to just do it out back by the bands' cars. people threw some money in his guitar case but i decided id give him something more valuable, my pinstripe pants. so i listened to rick in my boxers. minutes to mindight played and whatever it wasnt to exciting blah blah blah. special thanks to Sally System and Dan (Brad) for comming out.
schools out for summer.
i bought some 600 dollar coilovers for my car (suspension that you can raise and lower) but my mom got mad and told me i cant install it. to bad im gonna do it.
so i think im gonna go to michigan for maybe 4-5 days leaving next thursday-friday. hmm.
i dont remember what else happened these past 2 weeks, ill try and stop the laziness and update a bit more than once every 2 weeks.
