I stoppe watching House when he was not jailed for stealing drugs and neither was anyone else. Then I had a friend who was obseessed so I had her vet the episodes for me in the late seasons so I could bear to watch it without wondering if he was going to be excessively randomly horrible.

Wow! That actually makes me want to watch season 8 again. What a great portrayal of their relationship over all 8 years (and how young does Chase look in the first couple of years of the show :) The matching 'punching each other' scenes were a nice parallel. I bet Chas enjoyed his long delayed revenge :) The last scene is so poignant - Chase certainly has come a long way since the first episode.

This is a lovely, lovely vid. It really hit home when you brought in Rowan Chase and House's sarcastic question - makes it so clear that Chase tolerates so much from the man he admires because it's a familiar pattern. And the end, with Chase inheriting his "father"'s house, so to speak... perfect.

Loved this! I haven't watched House since it went of the air, so it was fun to revisit it with the House/Chase scenes. You make me almost want to dig out my DVDs and watch the show again.
