I've thrown together some info, so we have a place to start working things out. Suggestions are more than welcome!

- Who is coming and when?
- When do people want to meet and where? (Depending on the time, it might be good to meet somewhat close to the venue for the 4.30pm people.)

- When are you arriving in London? When would you be joining us?
- Are you coming alone or are you bringing people with you?
- Which show are you going to?
- Anything else you wanna tell us (e.g. where are you staying?)
- Also, do you guys wanna swap cell numbers just in case? (via PM/email)
My info:
My name is Stefanie. I'm flying over from Germany on July 6th and I will be arriving at Gatwick around 9.30am, probably taking the train into London around 10.30am (cheapest option atm) and arriving at Victoria around 11am. I'm usually staying at a hotel near Euston (2 tube stops away from the Garage on the Victoria line), but if anyone needs a roommate (or has a cheap-but-decent hostel suggestion), I'd be up for that, too. Depending on where we wanna meet, I'm gonna go and say around 1pm would be good for me. My flight home leaves on Thu around 6pm, so if anyone wants to hang out on Thu, I'd be up for that, too.
Okay, that's all I've got for now. So... discuss!
