i've been doing that a lot lately. cracking open eggs that are raw thinking they are boiled. the other way around too. i've tried to crack eggs that were supposed to be raw but ended up being boiled. i need to be more organized with my eggs.
this new stamp-that-goes-away-when-boiled thing is a pretty neat system. except for those eggs that just refuse to get hard. i don't think any amount of organization could have prevented this travesty.
do you know the spin it on its side test? if it stays relatively in place, it's hard boiled, if it moves around all over the place it's raw. apparently.
