hi. i'm really busy today. pack, post office, buy margot's host fam a present, change sheets, an interview for my paper, register for classes, make haircut appt, and leave for geneva tonight. but i have to get some thoughts down

this is the exact sentiment i'd feel all the time when i was out traveling. that would be fantastic. one thing that is kind of neat, though, is that if you are staying for an extended period of time, you can find someone at your destination. perhaps someone just like you who is doing the whole traveling thing.

and yea i really dont want to sink in to a 9-5. well maybe if the 9-5 is in asian.

You should do as much of that shit as you can. I'm just going to speak for all your friends (if anyone wants to fight me, I'm okay with that) and say that we'll all be waiting when you're done. Its hard to keep in touch with people when you're gone, and that sucks, but you shouldn't just stay in Chicago or St. Louis or wherever for that reason. I want Neve postcards from India. Better yet, I want to be in India with you, sending other people postcards. Yeah, that's the new plan. We have to figure this India thing out.
