Yay, I got my $600 worth of stimulation yesterday... now I must do the patriotic thing, go forth, and CONSUME. I already promised Dewey that I we would combine forces to get her a MacBook.

But, first... a li'l something for me. ;)

Huzzah, I have 4 tickets to Game 5 of Red Wings vs. Avalanche.

Of course, that puts me in the unenviable position of sorta rooting for the 'Wings to lose in Game 4 tomorrow.

Hm.

*scoff* I think not... if it's not meant to be, and the 'Wings sweep, it'll be one of the happiest unused-product-returns EVAR. ; )

TV-watching last night was kinda nifty... the very end of the Red Wings game (suck it, 'Lanche!) dove-tailed very nicely at approx. 10:01 PM into the very beginning of the triumphant return of LOSTSoftball playing yesterday was somewhat less nifty... took a liner to the ribcage while tossing balls for BP, and the 'Bama Crew lost again, 4-23. Hm, nifty... bought 2 Tigers tix online for today's game, and then printed them out my ownself. Skipping "Will Call" is a good thing... now all we need is for the Tig's to WIN the GAME.

...I can't help but notice that our beloved Tigers are the only team not to win one of them thar baseball game thingies. : /
