Good for you for pulling through! My boyfriend and I started week 4 last Friday, and it was difficult. Today, our second day at it, was easier. Take at least a day off and try it again. I think it'll be a bit easier this time.
You know, simply DOING this program is a success. And making it all the way through today - even with difficulty - is quite a tribute to your dedication to the program.
Hey, awesome job! I don't think you will have to go back down to week 3, but you could think about modifying week 3/week 4 to better fit your needs - challenge you but not kill you. I've been modifying week 3 because it's not challenging enough, but week 4 looks like it's going to be difficult - I really don't feel like week 3 is preparing me for week 4.

I sweat when I run even if it's cold out (like 20 degrees).
