So I got up at 7 this morning and decided to do my first day outside. It was going good until I got to the last jog portion. I just could not finish the last 30 seconds. I was so winded I just could not run any further, so I had to walk 30 seconds longer. I know it may not be that big a deal, but I was kinda bummed about it ( Read more... )

So, seeing as how every time I have tried doing the couch to 5k program, I always end up giving up as my back/knees end up bothering me, I decided to try this on the treadmill at the gym I have a membership to. So anyone able to make a Jayne hat for me? As in Jayne from Firefly hat like one his Mom made for him in the series? I want to surprise my wife with one for xmas as she is a huge firefly geek. Any help would be appreciated if you can make one or know someone who does?

Ok, so its more like 23000 miles since October.  At least this trip, I got to stay a couple days that I don't have to do anything, and I just happen to be 30 miles from Scarborough Renaissance Festival....what ever will I do...I guess I'll just have to go visit it:)
