Because HP told my wife to break my laptop. I had been having some issues lately with my HP, crashes, infinite loops, core dumps, and personal favourite failure to power up. So Tressie called hp and was on the phone with them for nearly an hour followed by a second call not five minutes after she hung up when it crashed again
