We, the Biorobots

Jul 14, 2023 06:11

We are not what we think we are.

We are the biorobots, remotely controlled from a 'central server'. Curiously, the individual intellectual working ability at nights is higher - since the channels of information exchange between our brains (the deployed 'bio computers') and the 'remote server' have their best performance during night time (similarly, companies make regular back-up procedures and large data transfers at night, when the channels are least loaded).

We think that we act on our own - but we do not.

No wonder that we may also continuously speak about 'freedoms', 'tolerance', 'love' and 'peace', yet act 180 degrees contrary to these wishes: getting into more and more slavery, intolerance, hatred, aggressiveness and wars.

Why so? In my view, unfortunately, we were deployed on this planet not for staying in the primordial idyllic state - but for continuous 'development' and 'technical progress' - which are unlikely possible without continuous competition and wars.

In this connection, it is interesting to remember the story of the two Ulysses’ (Odysseus') fellows who were tempted to join the 'tribe' of Lotophages (the "deserters", literally: https://new-etymology.livejournal.com/934032.html ) and revert to a primitive state, but were forced to get back to their ship (Odyssey 9.98).
