I lost a pretty significant sized post this morning. It was probably for the better since it was fairly negative and mostly me having a pity party over the whole house hunting thing

There is nothing worse then typing out something in LJ and losing it. Even if it's just a comment it really really pisses me off.

I didn't know you were house hunting. I'd like to hear more about this and more about your pity party.

It might not be the right area or price or whatever, but there is a house for sale by owner three houses down from us. They are having an open house today (Sunday) actually.

house hunting sucks. point blank. i did it for over a year..before i freaked out and bought something...i kind-of wish i would have waited. i mean i love my house..but i think i could have found something better.

take your time. be completely happy with your choice.
