[REPOSTED BECAUSE I WAS A DERP A DERP AND POSTED EARLY.
OOC Info:
Jolteon!Silver is between the average eevee size and the average jolteon size.
specifically he's 1'10" and 25 pounds... (itty bitty jolteon!)
As you can imagine he can't do much in this form since he is so tiny and has no thumbs
He has an adamant nature and as a result likes spicy food. So bait him with red pokeblocks and poffins
his actual attacks are tackle, sand attack, and helping hand. As if he'll ever use helping hand
He shoots needles out of his fur when angry or startled
BUT he's not at the level yet where he can actually control it and turn it into pin missle.
thankfully if you are upsetting him his emotional fur will get poofy even is he doesn't want it to.
Consider this a warning before ACCIDENTALNEEDLESPRAYLOLZ.
(isn't pokedex info fun? thankfully not much will get him past the poofy state)
At least the extent of his electrical attacks is having random sparks fly out of his fur on occasion
That unfortunately won't stop him from trying to thundershock you at first.
His ability is volt absorb so if he is hit with electricity that will only make him REALLY REALLY HYPER.
The only time I would recommend petting him is when he is sufficiently relaxed, like sleeping.
(he is such a sucker for being pet he'll just flop over) Otherwise the points on his fur are rather sharp.
If you do manage to pet him he loves being pet but only on his head. Bonus points for eat scratches.

Silver was in the middle of typing up another manifesto oh his hatred for his father, detailing every single way his dad had failed him going back as far as he could remember. He had chosen to use a laptop in the library since if Fuel was around he really didn't feel like putting up with his presence today. He was about to post it on the network when he felt the back of his head pelted by... something. He literally had no idea what hit him, while it felt like a solid object, those didn't have the after effect of giving him a strangle tingling burst of energy throughout his body.
Figuring out what had hit him would soon be the least of his worries. As his tiny yellow paw touched the key board his volt absorb ability kicked into action, sucking out the entire battery almost instantly. Normally at this point he would throw something... had it not been that all the energy being transferred directly to him and instead ended up a hyperactive, slightly panic stricken, yellow blur running around the library in no particular direction. Occasionally knocking over random things and trying to climb up onto a bookshelf for no particular reason other then that it was something to do.
