How do you find all these awesome places? I've been going through several of your entries (not enough though :p) and every single place you've visited looks gorgeous.
Interesting to check out a place like that, as the last time I was in a place with a water filled basement of an abandoned single story nursing home, the sufrace ooze of the grease trap managed to dampen my enthusiasm. One person speculated it would be interesting to visit a place like that in winter when the water had frozen (it was about 3 ft deep) but can see where the mill like that wouldn't be as conducive for that.
While the floor collapsing behind you is cool for the movies, those guys use greenscreens and wires to pull it off - that floor looks to risky to be playing on, unless urban exploration and rescue is part of the days events.
