Back story: After performing several recon visits, I had enough information to make a solo attempt on this Kirkbride.

I'm curious why the need for such a high level of security for an abandoned (and decaying) building? Are they THAT afraid of liability lawsuits from trespass injuries? Or is there another reason?

There is a fully active high security psyche hospital about 200 meters away from this kirk. They already have the police force, and vido cameras to serve that facility, and this abandonment is part of their regular patrol duty. There is also a residential neighborhood close enough to be threatened if this building had a major fire.

Ahh I see what you mean about the doorways leading to floorless rooms. Glad you came back uninjured (I think... haven't heard the rest of the story yet)

the skywalk interior is the standout on this set (to me). Perfect angle. I also like the view from the adjacent building.

Stupid question, but when the paint ages does it lighten up considerably? Becaues, pastel walls???? Then again pastels may be the colors of choice to induce passivity

The door opening to the drop? Another new favorite
