Part 2 of the Forbidden Bewery:
Climbing of the Brew Tower

The brewing process begins at the top with grain and ends at the loading dock with kegs and bottles of beer.

"The stock-man rides up
with his dry dusty throat
He breasts up to the bar,
pulls a wat from his coat,
But the smile on his face
quickly turns to a sneer,
When the bar man said sadly

I deleted my comment cuz in your profile you said no asking for locations, and i was afraid it might come out sounding that way. What i meant was, how do you come about finding these places? Do you get on the net and look for old places? You always find the most intresting places to explore. I love looking at your stuff.

Networking. Research. Or just plain driving around looking. Eveyone does it differenly, and everyone has different opinions about how it should be done.

Wonderful as always! Love the views from the upper floors. Some of those black and white shots make certain rooms seem clean and in almost working order. (Brew Kettle minus the tagging and the mash cookers.)

I'm sure some of that stuff could be made operational again.

hmmm... wonder what ever became of Clark, Ray, Edwards, Smith, etc. So spooky. I love the shot you took looking down from what, the 6th floor of the building? Made my stomach turn- I have a fear of heights. Would have probably puked from fear looking over the edge like that. That looks like a fairly wide-angle shot, in fact it looks as though you shot a lot of this from 28-40 mm or so on your zoom lens?

I always think the same thing when I see names & dates

Sometimes I run into these 70s, 80s, 90s tags on my rural expeditions and wonder if they ever come back. Doubtful the couples are still together, but curious none-the-less.

The brew tower had plenty of places where an unsuspecting explorer could take a plunge. Many of the rooftops on the various levels of the building were collapsing, many other places had holes knocked in the walls.

Yeah, my lens of choice is a Sigma 10mm-20mm. That wide angle gives me the opportunity to show the contents of an entire room.

As always, awesome. Can't pick a true fav, but the Records are SO cool... The brew kettle which almost looks like it could still be in use... the decay of the Storage, Monitors, and fermenting tanks (and most of the rest of the place, really)...

The "Mirror" gutter shot is really cool too.

And yeah, I found Waldo (the bugger)

Love it all ~~ Napalm %-)>

If you like them all, that's proof that I'm at least providing consistent quality. The records seem to be a big hit in this set.
