Thanks though! I have trouble getting my mind to stop racing when I want to sleep. Aaand the time thing is hard too.. bah.

some of those people work some rigorous schedules and might have some advice as well... alot of massage therapists try to lead natural lifestyles as well, so it's just a good place to cross post... maybe they'll have ideas on how to juggle massage school and working, etc.

as a long time insomniac, I can tell you that the thing that works best is routine. not a set time, per se, but a set of actions that you do before sleeping. designated sleeping garments. reading for 15 minutes. warm milk. any sequence of actions followed every night will produce results better than you expect.
