If its a cist dont get it operated on because it will just come back and that would be a waste of time and money. I mean unless theres something really bad that will happen otherwise. but hope you feel better.

You should go see a specialist or something. If you're period isn't regular you could have PCOS, and sometimes when you have it u get real bad cramps (and wicked pms!!) when you're about to finally get your period. Don't ignore it tho!!! Keep in touch with the drs until they can figure something out. I'll see you next week :)
